The Perkins Family makes an Addition
Hayes, Mary Beth, Sam & Eleanor
Cast of Characters
Hayes Michael: Age 7. Enjoys learning new things, especially math, and is most comfortable snuggled up next to me while we read a book together. Extremely sensitive little fellow. Adores his little sisters and brother and has a precious soul (and face to go with it!). Is an enormous help with Eleanor and though he was unsure of what it would be like to have a new baby, he's truly spectacular with her.
Mary Elizabeth: Age 6. Known around these parts as "Sassypants" because oh that she is. Absolutely in love with her brothers and baby sister and enjoys bossing them around just as much as she loves them. Is an exceptional second mommy to Eleanor, wanting to change her diapers and feed her all day long.
Samuel Joseph: Age 6. Quite possibly the sweetest five-year-old boy on earth. Has a heart of pure gold and the shortest attention span known to man. Loves his mommy like no other, though his twin and baby sisters comes a close second. Eleanor might actually be in that first slot now.
Eleanor Kathleen: Age 1. We were blessed with this precious baby girl on August 28th and we couldn't be more excited to have her join our ranks. She started army-crawling last week and is quite close to sitting her up on her own.
Jason: Age 36. Of anywhere on earth, is most at peace when on the water with a fishing pole in hand. Is an amazing husband and father and in the words of Mary Beth, "I just love him."
Me: Age 32. Am passionate about being a good mother and am totally in love with my family. Feel incredibly blessed to have married the man of my dreams and am committed to raising our children in a solid, Catholic home filled with love.
